This merchandise is being ordered, prepared and/or warehoused, especially for me, for which expenses are incured by the above firm, Therefore. I agree that this contract may be cancelled if and only if I pay, as liquidated damages. 30% of the total purchase price. I must mail a "Notice of Cancellation": by registered mail only. A verbal cancellation will not be considered a notification of cancellation. I agree this contract is subject to management approval, is contingent upon strikes, accidents and other unavoidable delays, such as factory vacations. Deliveries will be effected in the normal conventional manner. Where hoisting or other methods are to be used. I agree to pay for the same. Furthermore, I agree if due to my actions or inactions, I don't accept delivery of my merchandise within thirty days of notification of arrival, if indicated above by "ASAP" or within 30 days of the approximate delivery date if indicated above by "NOT B/4" I will subject to a ten percent price increase and/or warehouse fee commencing on the first day of each thirty day term. I also agree if I am ready to accept delivery of my merchandise during any of each thirty day term. I will notify the above firm by registered mail. If for any reason, the above firm incurs any expenses, including legal fee, due to my actions or inactions, I agree to pay for same.
